Schekinah Mentors International (SMI)
Schekinah Mentors International (SMI) is a 501(c) (3), Texas non-profit organization established in 2009. Our mission is to get youth and young adult high school/college dropouts back on track, empowering them with the confidence, education, training and skills they need to achieve meaningful life goals and become useful members of their communities.
We work with our target population to renew their interest to resume their education through one-on-one and group mentoring and tutoring programs. To achieve our goal, we collaborate with other organizations, including school districts, faith-based organizations, the juvenile court system, community colleges and other community-based agencies – in Harris, Fort Bend, and other surrounding Counties.

Committed to Transparency
Bulk of our total operating expenses fund programs for youth and young adult high school/college dropouts in the countries we serve.
